Objective:
Accurately record and update student health records and medical logs in a structured spreadsheet or database. Ensure all data is complete, consistent, and organized for reference by school health staff.
Scope of Work:
Collect health record details from provided source materials.
Enter medical information into the designated spreadsheet or database template.
Verify accuracy of health conditions, immunization dates, and treatment records.
Flag incomplete, unclear, or inconsistent data for review.
Prepare a Word report summarizing updates, flagged issues, and recommendations.
