Job Title: Timetable and Scheduling Data Entry Assistant for Class and Exam Schedules

Job Description:
Main job is to accurately enter and update class timetables and exam schedules into spreadsheets or database templates. Responsibilities include transferring scheduling information from source documents, verifying details for accuracy, and ensuring all timetables remain consistent, well-formatted, and accessible for staff and students.

Scope of Work:

  • Enter class timetables, teacher allocations, and room assignments into spreadsheets or scheduling templates.

  • Record exam schedules, including dates, times, and assigned venues.

  • Verify accuracy of schedules and flag conflicts or missing details.

  • Apply consistent formatting for clarity and easy reference.

  • Prepare a Word report summarizing updates and any identified issues.

Required Fields to Capture:

  1. Class / Grade Level

  2. Subject / Course Title

  3. Teacher Name / ID

  4. Day and Date

  5. Start Time and End Time

  6. Room / Venue Assigned

  7. Exam or Class Type (regular class, midterm, final exam, etc.)

  8. Notes / Comments

Deliverables:

  1. Updated timetable and exam schedule spreadsheet/database with all 8 fields completed.

  2. Word report summarizing data entry updates, flagged discrepancies, and final notes.

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word (experience with scheduling software is a plus).

  • Ability to identify and report scheduling conflicts.

  • Prior data entry or academic scheduling experience preferred.
