Scope of Work:
Enter case and court appearance data from scanned calendars and case files into a spreadsheet.
Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
Track case IDs, appearance dates/times, courtroom numbers, attorney names, and attendance notes.
Flag any missing or unclear information for review.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all case and attorney information.

Case title
Filing date
Appearance date
Appearance time
Courtroom number
Judge name
Lead attorney
Co-counsel names
Attendance notes
Case status (open/closed/postponed)
Delivery:
Compile all entries into a final spreadsheet, clean, organized, and ready for review.
Clearly flag any missing or unclear information.
Data Material Sources:
Client materials, including scanned calendars and case files, will be shared upon hire.
Deadline:
Completed spreadsheet must be submitted by 15th January 2026.
