Scope of Work:
Enter loan monitoring data from client-provided materials into a spreadsheet.
Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
Track repayment schedules, overdue accounts, and loan status.
Flag any discrepancies or missing information for review.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all borrower and financial data.
Required Data Fields:
Business name
Loan account number
Borrower name
Loan application date
Loan amount approved
Disbursement date
Repayment schedule
Loan status (active/closed/overdue)
Outstanding balance
Borrower contact information
Delivery:
Compile all entries into a final spreadsheet, clean, organized, and ready for reporting.
Clearly flag any missing or unclear information.
