This is a Master’s and PhD-level take-home exam designed to assess deep understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) principles. Candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency, analytical reasoning, and the ability to apply theoretical concepts to complex real-world problems.

All responses must be original, clearly written, and supported by appropriate academic or technical references. Submissions with copied or AI-generated material will not be accepted.

The exam will cover:
• Supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
• Neural networks and deep learning architectures
• Model evaluation, optimization, and regularization techniques
• AI ethics, bias, and interpretability
• Real-world applications of AI and ML in data science, automation, and research

Exam materials will be provided upon hire. Final answers must be submitted in a Word document, with each question clearly stated followed by a detailed explanation or calculation where necessary.
