Overview:
The Event Registration Data Entry Specialist is responsible for accurately capturing and maintaining attendee registration details for upcoming events. The role focuses on structured data entry, verification of participant information, and preparation of clean reports to support event coordination and logistics.
Scope of Work:
Enter and update event registration information into spreadsheets or event management systems.
Review and verify participant details for accuracy and completeness.
Clean up duplicate or incomplete entries to maintain a clean registration list.
Organize registrant data by category (e.g., VIP, General, Staff).
Confirm all records are visible, searchable, and properly formatted.
Generate a registration summary report showing the number of participants and attendance categories.
Ensure confidentiality of personal information at all times.

Ticket Type / Category

Special Requirements / Notes
Deliverables:
A final spreadsheet with all clean and verified registration records.
A Word report document summarizing:
Total registrations processed
Categories and ticket types
Notes on data cleanup and verification
Additional Notes:
Client event registration source files will be shared upon hire.
Accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting are required.
Sensitive information must be handled with strict confidentiality.
