Customer Satisfaction Survey Response Compilation and Analysis Report Preparation

Project Overview:
We are looking for a freelancer to assist in compiling, formatting, and analyzing responses from a large-scale customer satisfaction survey. Accuracy and consistency in the transcription of data is a must.

Scope of Work:

• Enter survey responses into Word and Excel formats.

• Maintain consistent response coding.

• Highlight incomplete or unclear entries.

• Summarize trends in customer feedback.

Deadline: 18th September 2025

Deliverables:

• Word report with neatly formatted tables.

• Excel sheet with all survey responses.

Required Fields (12):
Respondent ID, Date, Age Group, Gender, Location, Product Purchased, Service Used, Rating (1–10), Response Time, Quality Score, Recommendation Likelihood, Feedback Notes.
