We are hiring a reliable freelancer to digitize and organize our team’s roster into a structured spreadsheet. This work ensures accurate tracking of player details, contact information, and emergency contacts. Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential.
Scope of Work:
Enter player information from registration forms and ID scans into a spreadsheet.
Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
Track player name, jersey number, position, date of birth, parent/guardian contact, and emergency contact details.
Flag any missing or unclear information for review.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all player information.
Required Data Fields:
Full name
Jersey number
Playing position
Date of birth
Parent/guardian contact
Emergency contact name
Emergency contact relationship
Medical conditions (if any)
Delivery:
Submit a final spreadsheet that is clean, organized, and ready for review.
Clearly flag any missing or unclear data.
Data Material Sources:
Client materials, including registration forms and ID scans, will be shared upon hire.
Deadline:
Completed spreadsheet must be submitted by 15th January 2026.
