We are seeking a detail-oriented freelancer to organize our club’s player roster into a structured spreadsheet. This work ensures accurate tracking of player information, positions, contact details, and emergency contacts. Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essential.
Scope of Work:
Enter player information from registration forms and ID scans into a spreadsheet.
Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.
Track player name, jersey number, position, age, contact information, and emergency contacts.
Flag any missing or unclear information for review.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all player and contact information.

Player name
Jersey number
Position
Age
Contact phone
Contact email
Emergency contact name
Emergency contact phone
Delivery:
Submit a final spreadsheet that is clean, organized, and ready for review.
Clearly flag any missing or unclear data.
Data Material Sources:
Client materials, including registration forms and ID scans, will be shared upon hire.
Deadline:
Completed spreadsheet must be submitted by 15th January 2026.
