Overview:

We are hiring a detail-oriented freelancer to enter and maintain SME loan records in a structured spreadsheet. This work will ensure accurate tracking of loan applications, disbursements, repayments, and overall portfolio performance. Accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality are essential.

Scope of Work:

Enter SME loan data from client-provided materials into a spreadsheet.

Ensure all entries are complete, accurate, and consistently formatted.

Track repayment schedules, loan status, and overdue accounts.

Flag any discrepancies or missing information for review.

Maintain strict confidentiality of all borrower and financial data.

Required Data Fields:

Business name

Loan account number

Borrower name

Loan application date

Loan amount approved

Disbursement date

Repayment schedule

Loan status (active/closed/overdue)

Outstanding balance

Delivery:

Compile all entries into a final spreadsheet, clean, organized, and ready for reporting.

Clearly flag any missing or unclear information.
