Overview

In this task, you will handle the copy and paste of student attendance records into a structured spreadsheet. The goal is to create a clean and accurate dataset for monitoring attendance and administrative reporting. Accuracy, attention to detail, and proper formatting are essential. All information must come from official school records or verified documents. The material source will be shared upon hire.


Scope of Work

  1. Data Collection:

    • Copy and paste attendance information from provided sources.

    • Focus areas may include:

      • Class or section details

  2. Data Verification:

    • Ensure all information matches the source documents accurately.

    • Remove duplicates and correct inconsistencies.

  3. Data Organization:

    • Enter all copied information into a structured spreadsheet.

    • Use clear column headers and maintain consistent formatting.
